Dakota Pace is a designer, educator and entrepreneur. He has taught workshops on parametric design at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, mycelium fabrication at Yale CEA, and classes on 3d fabrication and digital design at Bennington College.
Pace is a co-founder of Lepace, a design firm that seeks to make advanced digital design and fabrication techniques accessible, with a strong focus on interdisciplinary collaboration. Lepace works closely with leading academic institutions by teaching design and fabrication workshops as well as facilitating exhibition design and installation. Working with various architects, artists, institutions, and design firms, Lepace has collaborated on installation projects that appear in the Brooklyn Museum, the Oslo Architecture Triennale, the Hong Kong Biennale of Urbanism\Architecture, the Tallinn Architecture Biennale, and the Tomorrows Exhibition.
