Jessica Ray has been working with Yale CEA researchers on proposals to conceptualize new environmental models to transform the future of emergency medicine delivery spaces.


Jessica Ray is a simulation learning consultant for Yale New Haven Health System's SYN:APSE Simulation Center. Her current work has a strong focus on simulation-based systems analysis including consulting on new facility design/redesign, environmental and workflow analysis, and teamwork and communication training. Prior to joining the SYN:APSE team she spent over four years as a Consortium Research Fellow with the Army Research Institute’s Technology-Based Training Unit. Jessica holds a Master’s of Science in Modeling and Simulation and a Ph.D. in Applied Experimental and Human Factors Psychology from the University of Central Florida.
